ALL POSTSHeat glitch?
<p>For whatever reason, some of my save files are devoid of any enemy vehicles. I reached Heat 5 in Esperito City by killing civilians and not a single enemy vehicle spawned during that time. Also there aren't any Montano, Rioja, Guerrilla, SENPD, or Military on the roads. In the water, even in Government Stable provinces, I can't seem to spot a single Montano or government boat.
</p><p>Any idea what the problem is? It works fine on certain save files but not others.

<p>Just Cause 1 comes for Xbox, Xbox 360, PC, and PS2. So if you can't find it on PC, get the 360 version. </p>

<p>As always, online exchange websites such as Ebay or Amazon. Also, perhaps Gamestop. If you don't find one at Gamestop, ask them if any nearby stores have it. They'll do a search and come up with a list of stores that has it. If there's one close enough, you can go there. You can also have the game shipped to your store. </p>
