<p>I don't think it's likely for it to take place twice in the same area. Or at least not so soon.
</p><p>I'd try to create a fictional independent nation of Easter island. The statues are copyright protected, so the game couldn't have those exact kind of statues, but I'm sure they could think of something. They could even mention the usual Easter island in the story to make it clear that it's a separate place.

<p>I don't think so. Unless someone would want to use that name. The acropolis is a town that uses a certain architectural style. We can already see that style in JC3, so it's obviously not protected. How could they get copyrights to a style of architecture?
