<p>Before starting this thread I'd like to take a moment for us all to appreciate and thank Avalanche Studios' work on bringing us Just Cause 3, as well as Just Cause 1 and 2. The games are all amazing, and I realized a mistake that game communities seem to do is to almost instantly think about the next game when one comes out. Let's not be another one of those communities. and take a moment to thank Avalanche.
</p><p>Alright now that that moment is over let's talk about Just Cause 4.
</p><p>What do you want to see? Any suggestions?
</p><p>I personally think a good setting would be a Russian-culture island in the
Sea of Azov. The nation could be a post-Soviet state using dominantly
Urga vehicles, and the story could be centered around a political battle between it and Russia. Whether Russia wants it to join again after the breakup of the Soviet Union, similar to the Ukraine Civil War, or it itself wants to join but not everyone agrees, (Like the Ukraine Civil War) it could generate a politically-driven conflict rather than a resource-generated conflict.
</p><p>"But wait a minute, isn't Rico Rodriguez retired from the Agency? He can't keep going to areas of civil strife to cool it off!"
</p><p>Oh but you're wrong. What if after
Di Ravello is ousted, the
Rebellion takes over in
Medici and becomes the new government, immediately commissioning Rico as an international agent and commando. He'd still go there, but he'd be sent by the Rebellion instead of the Agency for some unknown reason.
</p><p>My only two desires is to bring back vehicle saving, (
Rebel Drop works fine, but I can't save any
Medici Military variants!) and to keep up the tradition of having wheeled IFVs in place of tanks, and having a fantastically designed helicopter, like the
Delta MAH-15 Chimaera AH-33 Topachula, and
Urga Mstitel.
</p><p>Also, directly a result of the story idea, you could call in an arsenal of exclusive
Rebellion vehicles, some of which might have Bavarium shields. Perhaps the
Imperator Bavarium Tank and/or
Urga Mstitel could even return as an exclusive dropped vehicle, similar to the
GP Thunder Extreme Prototype.
