<p>Hey guys,
</p><p>I've a problem with the tether strength in Just Cause 3. I upgraded to the last lvl of tether strength but I wonder about it...I mean...yeah the teathers can lift of big cars and things like this but it feels, they're so strong like in lvl 1. Every time I grapple a car with the grappling hook to the street or a wall like 20m away, they're go there really fast but the tethers break instantly they are there and the car goes to explode. And I saw guys in videos grapple cars to a wind turbine and the lift of and are going with the wind turbine but if I try to do it, the car just does a little 'lift off' and the tethers break, the cars falls off and explode...I mean it's really annoying and I don't know what I'm making wrong with it. :( Just want to know, this is normal or not...can't explain me that...
</p><p>Ahm...and the fall protection lvl 1 seems not to do anything...lol. Someone else can confirm?

<p>Yeah, but the meal isn't one of the 'reused' things, I think. The meal in 'A Terrible Reaction' is in a sequence. It's not a object you can interact with. The meal at the lake is gameplay content. And the differences...the details in the ingame-version are not that big as in the sequence-version. The ingame-meal is a replica. The example was the sequence.

<p>You're right about the food, but I meant the control panels. The same control panels can also be seen at several military bases at the tops of some towers. All air-traffic control towers have them and one of the caves under Corda Dracon: Centcom also has a tower like that.

Maybe the panels are some sort of recycling stuff. OR the Black Hand has invent this technology and everyone who works together with them gets this fancy control stuff...
