Just Cause 4 Karthstan development thread

This thread dedicated to my JC4's story and background. It was suggested by Usernameherecustoms in the JC4 predictions and ideas. Karthstan is a Middle Eastern country located near the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. It's ruled by democratically elected dictator Said Farrah and his Big Seven who rule the country with him. Here's a map of Karthstan. I chose a Middle Eastern nation because there's a lot of dictatorships there past or currently. It's a goldmine for Just Cause. 4 cities exist in Karthstan. Al-Sharma. A middle-class city, it is medium size. Biyadh. Small like Manaea but it's rife with crime. Al-Fakalla. Smaller than Esperito City. Like Biyadh, it's rife with crime. Al-Fakkalla has a dock, allowing arms smugglers to pass weapons in order to get through Karthstan's strong gun laws. Kahnushahr. This is Said's home city, based off Dubai. It's High Tech and full of skyscrapers. The Bank of Karthstan is located here. Police usually enforce the laws here. Every quarter of the country is controlled by either the Big Seven or Said himself. The Military of Karthstan do patrols in the countryside while the police enforce the laws in the cities. Military bases are everywhere in Karthstan. Despite its first world status, the country is ruled by a 7-year long regime that's said to be one of the most oppressive in the world. However, there's still hope for Karthstan as 4 groups emerge to start a civil war. Here's a brief summary of the factions. 1. Corestar. A corrupt PMC, they intend to place a puppet government to use Karthstan's economy to get rich. 2. KRSL. Once a party before being purged by Said. KRSL is now ruled by a militant and intends to place a totalitarian socialist government. 3. The Rahmani. A Terrorist group, they're religious fanatics, they intend to place a tyrannical theocracy. 4. PDGK. One of the last remnants of the previous government. They intend to relieve the democracy it once was. However, they also want to destroy their enemies. Updates coming soon.
