Medici is the best, great president (Rosa Manuela), Friendly Citizen, Beautiful Landscapes, Cool Religion, Probably Good Food, Great Cities.

San Esperito is fine too, Esperito City is obviously the best place to live, but there is a lot of Poverty and it’s very Hot... much like Cuba

Panau is the worst of all, ongoing civil war, all oil destroyed... better to come here for vacation then live there

Solis is meh, it’s the most developed country, but the only region that is great to live in is the grasslands, and the cities in the grasslands feels empty and they all look the same...
