Drive bys don't seem like rico's style. i'd have a garage owned by whatever rebel force you're working with or Mario Frigo. and they'd be able to add upgrades to the vehicles in supply drops like JC2 but with more depth, so you could add weapons like front and rear mounted or turreted weapons as well as armour and performance upgrades and a preset colour for said vehicle. i'd also like a 2-4 player co-op mode or freemode online multiplayer like the mods for JC2 and 3.

So basically make just cause more like gta5, mixed with train simulator mixed with a physics based weather game with Rico as the main character. Seems legit lol.
