i spent 3 hours ressuplyh point hunting and got up to 60, so at least 60<figure class="article-thumb tright show-info-icon" style="width: 180px">

<p>also i figured out that you dont seem to get random encounters while in the bvarium wingsuit, i havent tested the other suit, and if you are in a helecopter or watever, only helicopter assasination encounters will appear while in a helecopter, so to get the most encounters you have to teather around a lot

<p>I have no idea how you guys have over 50 unlocked. I only have 7 and I've flown all over the map trying to track down more encounters to reach just the 10 needed for the achievement. This sucks....
