<p>I googled for just cause 1 mods and i found this website on steam. someone else was asking on steam. So are there exsiisting mods for just cause 1 and how do you install them?  please thank you In jC 2 and 3 you create a dropezone folder

<p>As far as I know, JC1 was not very popular when it was new and its files are very difficult to make sense of. It's like they're coded and you'd need the programs used by the game developers.
</p><p>As the legend goes, there once was a crude mod that manipulated the players co-ordinates and thereby allowed Rico to sort of like fly/hover/teleport, but that mod had already vanished when I first heard of it years ago.

IM not sure if its mod site is still up and in good buisness. about 2 years ago it still was a hot site. JC 1 not popular hmm the the first 1wo  parts parts lookes exciting like i wanna play it. Maybe it gets much harder as it progresses i dont know

Seems to still be up: justcause2mods.com/mods They've moved to a new url at least 3 times over time. The latest one is owned by the same people who own justcause3mods.com/mods

People can reverse engineer games but cant do it to this. somehow.

<p>From what I've heard, it's really difficult to figure out this games coding and on top of that, the game begins to glitch a lot and crash if the file sizes have changed at all. This makes it impossible to add meaningful mods, until someone makes a custom .exe (main file), or something, which by the way, is also not easy.
