So I'm asking you guys what you think. Do you think the tornadoes will consist of one tornado that is always spawned, multiple tornadoes that are always spawned, or will they randomly spawn and exist for a certain period of time? I honestly think that the tornadoes will randomly spawn and despawn.

I found that they react to the rebel drop (?) Wind Cannons, and, with some patience mixed with fast reflex, it's possible to man them. However, the process of rotating the cannon is reeaally time consuming, and they don't have unlimited range, so it is also needed to move them. All that with the use of the grappler. I hope for a gun that you can spawn a tornado with and control it, or at least this UFO, which spawns tornoadoes, to appear in some future DLC.

Eu espero que nas atualizações futuras eles adicionem uma arma de vento,n que atire vento nos inimigos mais sim que vc possa usá-la para guiar o tornado para onde vc quiser e ao mesmo tempo alimentar a potência de destruição do mesmo,seria muito mais caótico assim :D e até melhor que os canhões de vento!

What I have noticed for me is this, the tornado spawns in the same province (Valle Rio}, but where it goes from there is random. That being said, I am still very early in the game and this may change.
