I didn't know there was a AA gun I was trying to shoot them with the helicopter but was missing

<p>Yeah, helicopters are very hard to fly in Just Cause 4. They're so unstable. If enemy helicopters start giving you trouble, use the grappler to retract them to the ground. Bigger helicopters may take multiple cables.

<p>Yeah, the bigger ones are better to hijack. Smaller ones, like the Firebrand Scout Chopper are faster to grapple.

It suffers too much damage but in other transmitter missions the transmitters last a lot longer
