ALL POSTSStrange Marker near Vista Futura. 
I found a strange marker on the map placed near Vista Futura. You cannot select it and there is a small settlement there. I checked the settlement and nothing is notable. What is it?

<p>It looked like a circle within a parenthese within a parenthese. So, kind of like the locator in JC3, but it was a marker on the map.
