</p><p>And those are much better arguments. And yeah, the settlements of Solis do feel kind of not right. There's a few of them in the desert that seem to have an unusually large number of pedestrians and the settlements do have more details to them (like the crates of balls, musicians (also seen at Medici), artists selling their work, pinatas and possibly more. I can't explain what it is about them (possibly the fact that all the buildings are copied from all other buildings in the region), but they do feel rather generic.
</p><p>One of the main problems with Solis is that settlement completion doesn't exist anymore. I suppose story-wise it makes sense that once the bases are captured, the civilian settlements are just free by default, but then we should still be able to take over the bases in the old-fashioned way.
