<p>I think the population of Solís is 11 million or at least 20 million cause i think Nueva Voz has at least 200k people and quya having 120k people and cities such as Vista Futura and Villanueva having at least 50k 30k people. The reason why i say Nueva Voz has a bigger population than Quya is because of how bigger than it is than Quya. But a counter could be that Quya has more apartmemt blocks than Nueva Voz.

"Estimates" usually don't provide such a precise number.

So if you can provide a number where even the last digit is not a 0, it means that you have carried out like an official census.

Solis is so boring... Everything is blend and repetitive... Medici and Panau are 100 times better

</p><p>In my opinion, Solís is the second best location in the Just Cause Game Series behind Panau, and that's only because I think JC2-MP is better than JC4, which is better than the previous 4 games.

<p>If you're going to claim that it's boring, you should also provide specific examples of what is done poorly and specific relevant examples of how the same thing has been done better in other games, or how it could be done better in your opinion. Otherwise you just sound like a generic hater.

<p>Not the guy who said it originally, but, I think that Solís' settlements only are boring. They are always the same and you could not name them even after over 100 of playing, unless you spend a lot of time nearby. Also, the reason why OP said that Medici and Panau were better was probably because you could actually do something in the settlements unlike in Solís. The nature and scenery in Solís though is beautiful and the roads are really nice to drive down.
