Someone managed to make an article about this. I deleted that and copied the content here:

"Just curious if anyone else has seen the yellow flashlight on the ground inside a missile launch site? The building is on top of one of the snowy peaks near the moon mountain easter egg. On the side of the doorway, where the missile is supposed to rest, there's a gap and u can go in the building. Where there's a lone old style yellow flashlight. I will include screenshot if nobody else has seen it. Since I have a blackout glitch there."

"On the side of the doorway, where the missile is supposed to rest". To me that sounds like a description of a giant blast door that's meant to cover an ICBM, but there are no such things in Solis. The only thing that resembles this is the giant hatch at Illapa. I suppose if he hasn't completed the story, he wouldn't know what's down there.

But then which door? This just doesn't make any sense.

No, they just shoot high caliber rounds, atleast that's what I thought.

I'm pretty sure they're missiles.

Cannons don't shoot missiles though, the things around Illapa firing at you are a Cannon called the Defense Cannon, which shoot large caliber rounds at you.

No, the Defense Cannons on the Defense Nodes fire large caliber rounds at you when you attempt to approach Illapa without completing the Zona missions.
