<p>Someone managed to make an article about this. I deleted that and copied the content here:

<p>I think by "missile launch" they might be refering to the room where the core is, because you could mistake it for a missile

<p>I forgot to mention I meant at Illapa. They would have to be very clueless to not know what Illapa is called, and they also know where the moon in the mountain easter egg is, so I guess not.

<p>pretty sure they mean the bases that surround Illapa. You can enter the building like this: https://gfycat.com/repentantneedyfairyfly but after checking each of them I couldn't seem to find the yellow flashlight, Maybe somebody else would have more luck?

<p>Also, I just realized holy crap, I'm an idiot, those defense nodes do launch missiles, and high caliber rounds from the defense cannon. I went there in a new game plus and realized that they intact do launch missiles.
