<p>During the Danger Rising DLC gameplay, Rico must unlock the bridge computer inside each submarine and destroy its large screen. I took a screenshot of the map of Solís that is displayed on the screen:

<p>If you'll look at the submarine articles, I've uploaded some screenshots of them there too.
</p><p>All the submarines that have that map (I think 3 have it) have an identical map.
</p><p>Those spots are probably some settlements. Or if not, then maybe some random places that the Agency found interesting.

Some of the hotspots are on military bases, some on civilian settlements, some in the middle of the desert. The submarine maps are distorted compared to the real map though, so this comparison might not be very accurate.

Seeing as the Agency were interested in weather tech it would make sense that it would be info on the weather bases. Maybe the Agency have bad intel?

I'm guessing there satellites maybe that in some way relate to those locations.

<p>Why the just cause 4 developer cant make medium submarine and can be driving that was be amazing because in just cause series never been submarine can be use. Make a new enemies submarine, weaponized (torpedo, lock target launcher like in medium patrol boat. Player can see deep sea with submarine.

<p>That's a good question and there's 2 reasons:
</p>
- Submarines that are anywhere near realistic are slow (in other words boring).
- Right now the bottom of the sea is an empty desert. If they added functional submarine(s), they'd have to create a whole underwater world with many things to explore, rugged terrain, strange plants and odd fish. That all takes time and money. Most players wouldn't think that's fun, so they don't want the whole game to cost 20€ more for it.
