<p>The bavarium powered one in JC3 is the best one for its ability to take off from water and ground. It can even be landed safely. </p><p>The Black Hand one (despite no actual connection to the Black Hand) is better for having a more useful weapon. </p><p>So it depends on weather you need more mobility, or weapons. </p>

<p>Bavarium one, in my opinion the Black Hand Sky Striker wingsuit is worse as the weapons are inaccurate, and maneuverability is also way worse, again in my opinion. The Bavarium wingsuit has a lot more usefulness, the weapons are strong (Bavarium) recharge fast, along with way more maneuverability. I also have every mod\upgrade unlocked for both. </p>
