With the exception of Eden, these four are probably going to keep things on a professional level because Rico is never seen flirting with them or them with Rico. Eden is a crazy AI so Rico cannot mate with it. And that's not stating the obvious that Eden is Rico's enemy.

I'm honestly thinking Rico should take Bolo for a gf or spouse since she appears in every game except for Just Cause (1) as a rebel leader and then a DJ. There's no evidence, but I highly suspect Bolo is following Rico because of his fame.

Had Maria Kane not become an antagonist in Danger Rising, I strongly suspect they could have become a couple because they did have a thing going on before San Esperito, which was something Tom Sheldon was aware of back then.

Rico was actually kissed by Esparanza Caramicas in Just Cause (1), but that was something of a very brief fling, so there's nothing there.
