In Gran central, where the super elite spawns, there is an elite with the PBX Auto Slug, it is the only enemy in just cause 4 with this weapon. He Is tougher than a titan because if he gets to fire at you for at least 5 seconds it will kill you

I noticed that guy before, he spawns everytime consistently, just like some special cases in jc3
Never noticed this, might have to hop on to a second save file
Does he have special armor or is it just his gun that makes him hard to beat?
