Well he’s clearly pretty skilled, in his field of course.

He can operate all kinds of vehicles first try perfectly and hack several different things (often without outside aid). Perhaps he”s not a complete genius, but he’s certainly fairly intelligent, especially given his circumstances.

They did say he was one of the best agents
