Yes. I used wind cannons and the Prospero Skycrane and slowly moved the tornado north. It takes a little bit of patience.

I cannot unfortunately. The tornado automatically dissipates when near the desert region. It can co-exist with a blizzard though.

Can it reach Isla de los Annilos, or does it dissipate before leaving the mainland?

I don't know the eastern and northernmost boundaries until dissipation. It probably would reach there, but I don't have the DLC installed.

I remember when I tried sending one to Isla Santuario, it dissipated halfway between it and the mainland.

This next question does not require DLC, can a tornado reach the island southeast of Isla Amarilla?

This experiment also deals with Los Demonips, but I just wanted to put it out there anyways. Combining a tornado with an infestation.

Also, in the base game, if you did either Astillero Blackout or Pradera Blastoff, and you either did not do La Mazmorra Rescue or the glitch with it still showing up afterwards us happening, you could do the following. Bring Mira from either Ojo de la Pradera or Próspero Astillero to La Mazmorra. If the game goes on normally, you should get Mira to talk to you through the AR Lens (or whatever Rico uses for contacting in that game) despite her being next to you.
