Yes. I used wind cannons and the Prospero Skycrane and slowly moved the tornado north. It takes a little bit of patience.

Can you please try the same in the desert and mountains?

Also, can tornadoes be combined with other storms? I'm really curious how a tornado sandstorm looks like.

I cannot unfortunately. The tornado automatically dissipates when near the desert region. It can co-exist with a blizzard though.

Can it reach Isla de los Annilos, or does it dissipate before leaving the mainland?

I don't know the eastern and northernmost boundaries until dissipation. It probably would reach there, but I don't have the DLC installed.
