In Just Cause 1 in the last cutscene, when Mendoza is blown up, Rico is talking to Tom Sheldon, discussing El Presidente's death.
In Just Cause 2, after blowing up Pulau Berapi and Pandak Panay, Rico lands on the Agency barge with Tom, Maria and Jade on it. And then, after a short dialogue, Sheldon proposes a toast to the brighter future.
Just Cause 3 didn't have a final cutscene after Di Ravello is dead (GNN speech doesn't count as a cutscene), but in the last Bavarium Sea Heist DLC (which is the last arc in JC3 story) the final cutscene is Rico talking to Tom Sheldon in [some town] about their future and how Sheldon plays on two sides.
And in Just Cause 4, right after stopping Project Illapa and killing Oscar Espinosa, Army of Chaos organizes a party, where Rico, Tom and Mira talk about, yeah, again, their future and how annoying the Agency is.
Not only that, but the last story arc in Just Cause 4 is Danger Rising DLC that ends again with Tom Sheldon. Heck, entire DLC has that Texan as a second protagonist + Tom appears in every JC3 DLC.
And even so, the first character we see in a Just Cause franchise is Tom Sheldon, investigating Rico's dossier; Rico himself appeared a little later. Sheldon was discussed in the first JC2 cutscene (dialogue of Kane and Rodriguez) plus appearance in JC3 opening cutscene.
Using this regularity, I can assume that JC5 will end with Sheldon again. What do y'all think of this?
