Airports in the Just Cause Game Series

<p>Where do civilians drive? so they drive in circles? drive randomly, acctually drive places? Also do jets do anything, and airports there are jets taking off, but where to they go? they seem to just fly in a straight line when i stand on one of them, just wondering. </p>

I keep going to an article named Unnamed when I try to post a discussion on the Questions and Answers Forum. The question I was trying to ask was about airstrips to land on with an empty cargo bay on the U41 Ptakojester and taking off with a full cargo bay.
