There should be an obelisks article where we can put everything we know about them and then put some of the most plausible theorys.

So did you try to connect all obelisks on map and go to the place where lines cross each other? Is there really nothing interesting? And what about those F9 and F11, maybe it's like squares on map? Like in Battleship, you know.
According to the game itself Manaea was the capital of Roman Medici but there are literally 0 Roman ruins around the city while places like Soliana have a giant temple and the volcano island has 2 large settlements with Greek and Roman architectural styles. What do y’all think?

<p>Event 1: We all know that the Volcano island in Medici erupted at some point and changed its landscape, causing some of the Ancient Medici settlements there be to flooded and abandoned, but there's evidence of at least 2 more major events.
</p><p>Event 2: Fortresses like the ones in Medici were in reality constructed in response to the invention of gun-artillery. Older middle-ages stone castles and city walls couldn't have stood up to bombardment from cannons, so they invented star forts. Star forts are only a few centuries old. But here's the thing:

- How come many of the star forts in Medici are so high in the mountains? 16th century ship artillery couldn't possibly hit targets that high and surly they're older than the 19th century. Example: The fort just north of Vico Platessa.
- How come a few bastions are even well below water and partly covered by the surrounding mountain/land mass? Example: Vico Platessa.

<p>I haven't found any amphitheatres yet, and I've been to most of the ruins. I think someone mixed up theatres (half circular seating tiers facing a stage, quite common in Medici) and amphitheatres (circular arenas, surrounded by seating tiers, like a modern stadium, the colosseum is the most famous)

</p><p>The shape drawn in the obelisks shaped like a Elder Sign.The Elder Sign is used to awaken Cthulhu from its deep slumber. If you never heard of Lovecraft and his work. You should read his novels, they are very interesting.If you never heard of Cthulhu, its this humanoid green monster which when awakened , he causes terror to everything around it.If obelisks with elder signs are in the game then why not Cthulhu?. The developers did not say anything about these obelisks. They might be working on a Cthulhu boss or something.It will be cool to see a free expansion with a island where you summon Cthulhu and fight him.Maybe with a powerful weapon,or maybe the city of R'loh( i dont know what its called)
