I think he might be a reference to Harold from Fallout and Fallout 2, but mainly Fallout 2, as in Fallout, the tree growing from his head is just a sapling, while in Fallout 2, the tree fully encases him, leaving only his face and some parts of his arms and legs visible, but it may not be reference to this. Harold was just the only "tree person" that came to mind, because he is the only "tree person" I've ever known about, though I did have to do a small amount of searching to get his name since I forgot it at first.
There should be an obelisks article where we can put everything we know about them and then put some of the most plausible theorys.
So did you try to connect all obelisks on map and go to the place where lines cross each other? Is there really nothing interesting? And what about those F9 and F11, maybe it's like squares on map? Like in Battleship, you know.
I've found this easter egg while deactivating Falco-Maxime's FOW. I'm sure this screen can be found in other rooms with monitors. Can someone please add this to the Easter Egg article? 'Cause I'm very bad at editing Wikis.
The veterans know the drill. In Just Cause 3, there are several obelisks scattered around the map, each one is unknown in purpose, but some appear to have writing on them. We’ve believe we’ve discovered all of them, and GMRE seems to specialize in this stuff. Any contributions would be great.
So i found an oblesk in the ground near the Weapons Shipment Yard. i know people talk about it, but does anyone know what it is(even if it is just speculation)

Have you seen that Reddit post about three spinning lights above Arco Sperantia? Well, I've got something else: big blue beam of light. I captured it in Nebio Nord, Insula-Lacrima. When I got closer, this beam disappeared. What was that? Another UFO attack?
