I think i just fond an Easter Egg
Near Prospero Torretas I found a box that gives you a prompt to launch a balloon, which causes more balloons to be launched in the distance. It was really odd and kind of cryptic, and I don't think it was part of some event. I added this as trivia to the Prospero Torretas article a really long time ago before I had an account, but then never went back or made any attempt to document it further. I will probably check to see if it is still there, but has anyone else found that box or another like it? I should add that I was on PS4.

I have find a Easter egg, if you shoot on a cow with the cow gun the cow will transform in Di-Ravello (the dictator in just cause 3) with blood on his sweater. This Easter egg is both creepy and WTF

<p>Apparently, we didn't see the last of Bolo Santosi in Just Cause 3. A user called User:Pxcel posted in the discussions section that he found what appears to be Bolo Santosi in Just Cause 4, at the end of the mission Run: Caminevado in the Dare Devils of Destruction DLC, which indicates that she most probably isn't anywhere else in Solís.

- Both planes were involved in missions, Minor Turbulence for <i>GTA</i> and Training: Crater Crash for <i>JC</i>.
- The planes were a property of the storyline-wise <i>bad guys</i>.
- They were also shot down, the <i>GTA</i> one by the US Army, and the <i>JC</i> one (likely) by the Army of Chaos.
- Carried by the planes were weapons, and in both games, these are Railguns. The <i>GTA</i> one has it, and the <i>JC</i> one has Railgun cannons, but I am not exactly sure about the weapons found in the crates, but I suppose they are DA 9.3 Lightning Guns, correct me if I'm wrong.

</p><p>So I decided to complete every "natural landmark" settlement there is on the map. The feather skin has not been unlocked, though.
</p><p>Does anyone have any ideas on how to unlock this? On Google, I found a YouTube video demonstrating the skin but it wasn't mentioned how to unlock it.

Panau Sonic is not an Easter egg. I met her more than 3 times in different locations.

I found a strange marker on the map placed near Vista Futura. You cannot select it and there is a small settlement there. I checked the settlement and nothing is notable. What is it?
