Just Cause 2 Vehicle glitches

There is one glitch or awkward moment where in the Emas Hitnam refinery the if you hop in Dalton N90s in the passenger side it won't move ever. Even with someone in it.

So about a year ago I was playing JC2 and speeding across ome bridge. I think it was in Panau City, but anyways, I was in a sportscar going across a bridge.

Nothing too special, but suddenly I see a giant commercial airplane falling down into the ocean. It was on fire, and I promise I had nothing to do with it. I investigated and found absolutely nothing. I recorded a video on my PS3, and couldn't find anything.

Any ideas? Like, do planes randomly crash? Is this some sort of easter-egg?

The only thing helpful I can remember is that it was not spiraling out of control or anything. It was just on fire and crashing to the right of me.

Are there any other vehicles in JC2 with an explosion that doesn't turn the whole vehicle black?
