How would you make the beginning mission of just cause 4 operation whiteout better and more enjoyable to play through and just a better introduction to the game

As you know, the official Just Cause 4 website has a section called "Map", which has not only a full-sized Solino map but also some intercepted radio signals. In one of them, we can hear Gabriela Morales' speech about Rico Rodriguez and her order to Black Hand from the beginning cutscenes of Operation Whiteout. The date below shows us the ETA of this transmission: September 25th, 2018, the early morning. That means that this is the date of the first Just Cause 4 mission 'Operation Whiteout'. But a lot of questions appear. Why does Mugello Vistosa have 2019 in its name? Why is there a Prisa Avispa C that would be created only in 2023 (in real life)? How long was 'Scorpion's Revenge' filming? (Garland King movie, not a Mortal Kombat 2020 animated movie). Also, this is a hidden easter egg, because September 25th is the date when Just Cause 1 was published (at least in Russia).
