Parachute

Hey guys! Today I was doing parasailing and when I was in the middle of a sky, I thought: "Whoah... how great it would be if you could do this in Just Cause". Then I suddenly remembered that this feature did exist in the first Just Cause, but... why did devs remove it from the next games? Is it because of wingsuit? (then why Rico couldn't do that in JC2, when he didn't have the wings?)

Comment what y'all think about it: why did this feature did not return in JC2/JC3/JC4 and should it be back in Just Cause 5?
