That's right it's that time of the year today our favorite character in the entire franchise turns 57 years old let's just hope he lives long enough for the release of jc5 happy birthday to the legend
We've all had that person in our life that we either really love or really hate
The wiki says he has a crucifix, but crucifixes have Jesus on them. I cropped some images to see if I could see it better, but I still can't tell if it's a crucifix or cross. I also looked at the necklace in other games, and I found that it changes in each game.
I could be wrong.

If you have your HUD setting set to HIDE ALL and use the AR Scan then it will stay on indefinitely, the only way to turn it off is to have your HUD setting set to anything but HIDE ALL and use AR Scan again.
This is not in anyway reference to any cutscene but solely gameplay

The reason Rico's collar goes down so far is because his drawing was inspired by the Brawler Mech arcade machines in JC4.
