<p>Well, I had the glitch happen where it starts a just cause immediatly after completing the other one... </p>

I can confirm the garage's being slightly open myth; I was exploring a little tourist town in the Senjakala Islands, and I found that some of the garages are only 8/10ths of the way shut.
