What do you mean by markers?

<p>Even after completion some areas have a permanant Black hand occupation. There's a hangar in AGB with Black Hand aircraft, which is permanantly under patrol, and getting in will cause heat. </p>

Seeing as the Agency were interested in weather tech it would make sense that it would be info on the weather bases. Maybe the Agency have bad intel?

<p>The actuall vessel itself is weird. Either it doesn't have a towed sonar array or a conning tower, which are both important parts of a submarine.  </p>

This could mean that the island was a BH installation at one time and that Illapa was initially supposed to be located away from the Solisian mainland. </p>

<p>I don't think the agency gave the BH bavarium shields. I think they just got the shields from Stingray and transported them to Solis, only to be stolen by the gangs. </p>

<p>I don't know, but I just use Agent Orange as a collective term for all chemical weapons used by fictional factions in games unless stated otherwise. </p>

<p>I'm just saying. They are quite technically advanced so it's likely that they have some sort of a chemical weapon though i'm just guessing. </p><p>(Also that was a joke). </p>

Nothing some Agent Orange can't fix.
