What would fit there? My best thought is either a desert area or a tourist island. Panau had a lot of things that catered to tourists, but Medici didn't. Also not to mention that the influx of tourists goes unexplained in JC3.
A desert area would add some diversity to the landscape, and would maybe add a new CENTCOM. Maybe it has its own collectibles, like the cut amphibious sports car. ("vintage" parts) Or black hand tapes that reveal more about each class or tell us more about the deal with the black hand and the DRM working together.
Anyways, I know practically nothing about almost all the JC games.
Edit: Collectibles could work for both islands.

I replicated it in Just Cause 3, with varying results.
Try this at home!
•Step one: find a railroad.
•Step two: blow up a bridge.
•Step three: find a train going towards the bridge.
•Step four: Hack the missile car while the train is crashing.
○ The missile car will not explode.
Enjoy! If you get stuck in a falling position with no way out, use fast travel. I did all my antics in Val De Mar.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will try and find a solution when I have the time.
You can grapple then ragdoll using Y or the button to wingsuit and you will fall to the ground. Hopefully you are close to a road because you can hijack a car and move around. But this will not fix the fact that you cannot walk around. Dying will fix this. Also, did anyone else experience the GE-64 disappearing from the inventory after the Mountain Bluff Blast?

Noticed on the map, this is Lago Salado. It doesn't look like this in actual gameplay, idk why it looks like this here. Either way... looks a little suspect. Like we might have... an imposter among us.

Hello there! I have found a way to push tornadoes to Aeropuerto General Benitez, Quya or even Kunka. Ever wanted to have an electrical storm and a tornado together? Well now you can with this tutorial.
Firstly, you will need these three things.
Prospero Skycrane
Wind Cannon
Patience (and lots of it!)
Here's how to do it.
Grab a skycrane.
Attach a wind cannon to the skycrane.
Fly to a tornado.
SLOWLY push the tornado to anywhere you want (except the desert or northern mountain region). Please keep in mind that Black Hand will attack your wind cannon. AOC jets may fly into your skycrane (I found out the hard way.)
Chase the tornado.
With this, I have pushed tornadoes as far north as Umiña. I have activated the lightning storm while the tornado tore through Phuyu-Kuni, Kunka, and Urqu Verde. The results are amazing. You should have the ion coil storm chaser after beating the game. With said ion coil storm chaser, you can chase tornadoes through an electrical storm, which itself presents the hazards of low visibility and lightning.
I hope this tutorial helps.
It’s been a while since I made a new something stupid. How about this one?
On March 1941, a confidential and secret plan is formed beteween the Third Reich and a branch of the Francoist Spanish army.
A spanish taskforce is sent with German planes to seize control over Porto Le Gratia.
The Spanish involment was kept secret to mantain their neutrality in the war.You may be wondering why Germany wanted the Spanish to destroy one of Medici's most important military ports.
Hitler had intel on some undiscovered material that could be really useful to win the war, Bavarium.
Germany was unable to reach Medici by themselves, that's why they used Spain as their base.
Now with a settlement in Insula Fonte, the German army was able to deploy a decent amount of units and sieze control over sorrounding villages.
LATE MARCH, 1941
Quickly the Medician army sent armed forces to repell the invasion.
The outdated Medician tanks were no match for the panzer divisions, but the skies told otherwise. The Hirundine Squadron fiercely repelled all attempts on the Luffwaffe to seize Baia (back then capital of Medici). They succsefully sunk 2 U-boot submarines and heavily damaging 2 Deutchland class crusie ships.
But despite all medician efforts Germany seizes full control over Insula Fonte.

OCCUPATION MID APRIL, 1941
With most of the Medician army fighting in the Insula Fonte's coast, the second phase of the Axis plan can begin.
3 Royal Italian Army divisions landed in the Northeast side of Medici, more specifically in Litore Toro. The plan was to bombard towns and villages across Insula Striate, to then occupy those settelments, dividing Medici in two,and leaveing the Medician army without most of it's supplies.
ITALIAN INCURSION, EARLY JUNE, 1941
The battle continued for weeks, Medician people contined to fight but their small army and population weren't capable of resisting an invasion from two of the biggest empires of Europe.
On the 24th of June 1941, Medici called for a cease fire against Germany and Italy and agreed to sign a treaty with Germany, later becoming a fascist puppet state.
THE NEW "MEDICIAN KINGDOM" WAS BORN UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF "THE TREATY OF MANAEA" IN THE FIRST OF JULY 1941
