1337 Chips are a brand of potato chips in Just Cause 2.

Description

Vending machines for these chips may be found in all Gas Stations around Panau. The company's tagline is "Cause itz how we do it!" and the chips themselves are quoted to have "incredible amounts of carbohydrates".

The front panel of the vending machines is destructible and can be bursted out by explosions or shot out.

This is an easter egg for "Leet", a language used by hackers in the early days of the Internet.
