Avalanche Studios Deck Chairs are objects in Just Cause 4.
These chairs were not originally in the game and were added later as a part of a patch.
Description[]
They are described in promotional material as: "Not only will we be making changes to the day/night cycle in Just Cause 4, we’re pleased to reveal that throughout the world players will be able to change the time of day quickly by sitting down in new Avalanche Studios deck chairs. These deck chairs can be found scattered across Solís. Rico will be joined by wild animals when watching the world go by, so get ready to enjoy the sunset with your new goat pals."
If the player sits in one, it speeds up the game time to turn a day into a night. The player can leave the chair at any moment.
The chairs can also be used if Rico has heat, but using it will not clear the heat.
Nearby A.I. units (such as aircraft that may pass) are not affected by the faster time. It seems that only the sky lighting changes.
The animals vary depending on the chair.
Locations[]
The chairs are small and they don't have a map marker, so they are very hard to find. There could easily be more.

Trivia[]
- In regards to churches from Just Cause 3:
- They both advance time.
- However, the passing of time can be stopped at any moment here, unlike Just Cause 3 where if you enter a church, it takes you to nighttime from daytime, or daytime from nighttime.
- Those churches also clear heat, unlike here where the chairs don't.
- They closely resemble (or are even copies of) the one chair on the volcano island in Medici. That chair is even featured on the Just Cause 3 starting screen.
