In-game description: "It can be hard to believe this placid, peaceful bay is so close to the bustling city of Quya."
Bahía Qumir is a bay located just east of the large city of Quya.
It is only peaceful here as long as the front is further away, because Puesto Guardia Qhapaq (a Black Hand outpost) is located on the shore, resulting in frequent fighting between the Black Hand and the Army of Chaos.

Bahía Qumir is located in south-eastern Tierra del Qhapaq, near the border with Islas Intichayes.
