This is a relatively large village with at least 10 wooden cabins; at least 20 stone and wood buildings with red roofs and a pyramid-shaped market. The village has a fishing port with typical fisher cabins along the shore of the Panau Falls Lagoon.
For a settlement of this size, it's pretty easy to complete. Only 4 collectible items are required to do so.
The name means "Crocodile Wood City" in Malaysian, which is a pretty strange name.
In the northernmost part of the a lagoon from under Panau Falls, in the Panau Tengah Bay. Other nearby settlements are Panau Falls Casino to the south, Kem General Vikneshwaran to the north, and Pekan Pondok Getah to the south-west. Despite the similar name, this location is located quite some distance from the other "Bandar Kayu" location: Bandar Kayu Manis.
