Bandar Lembah Raja is a settlement in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
The settlement is one of the smaller beach resorts in Panau.
Bandar Lembah Raja means "Valley of the Kings" in Indonesian, which makes absolutely no sense here.
There are two deck-based clubs in the settlement. There's a tiki bar on the beach, among a couple of beach chairs. The tourists stay in high-end bungalows, some are uphill and some downhill. The settlement is almost free from the Panau Military, but just up hill is a public road, so they're not entirely isolated from Panau's life.

Almost in the middle of the Seletan Archipelago. It is pretty close to the Pantai Kelapa Resort.
