Bandar Padang Besar is a village in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
It's a very spread out village. Primitive houses with straw roofs are found in a large area around two dirt roads and some fields. There are buckets set up on poles next to most houses, to serve as small Water Towers. The Panau Military has their presence at a Propaganda Trailer, placed next to an MV V880. Most of the villagers are probably farmers.
The name means "Large Field Village" in Malaysian, which fits the settlement well, unlike many other locations and their names. But in Indonesian it means "Large Desert City" which is funny and fails to make sense, as the area is forested and green.

In the eastern part of East Tanah Raya, north-east of Bandar Pekan Lama. Surrounded by jungle.
