The company is known to exist from being marked in very tiny print on some weapon models. Grupo Prospero is stated to be the manufacturer of all the weapons and vehicles for the Black Hand, so this company could be a part of Grupo Prospero.
The company makes various small arms.
The leader/CEO is not directly known, but it is stated on the radio that Oscar Espinosa "owns every major company", so he likely own this one as well.
