This article may seem complete to the untrained eye, but the gaps in information are still large enough for this elite team of Panauan Ninjas to hide inside of. |

The Bloodhound Siege Heli is a helicopter gunship in Just Cause 4.
Appearance[]
The helicopter is primarily based on a Mil Mi-24 in the fuselage and cockpit, with the coaxial rotors from a Kamov Ka-50/52. It has machine guns, missiles and drop tanks on its stub wings. Various types of avionics can be seen in the nose, though the vehicle's pilot sits in the gunner's seat instead.
Apart from the copilot's seat, the vehicle also has a passenger compartment with an additional six, bringing its in-universe capacity to eight, although only the pilot's seat is usable in-game.
Performance[]
The Bloodhound Siege Heli is slow, buts also the most durable attack helicopter, and thanks to equalization mechanics, it can survive two "standard" explosions before the third destroys it.
In terms of weaponry, the Bloodhound Siege Heli carries 1000 machine gun rounds and 100 missiles.
Locations[]
- Appears as an hostile helicopter in numerous missions.
- During the mission Torretas Takeover, a unique one will spawn at the Prospero Torretas base, already damaged for unknown reasons.
- Unlocked for supply drop after securing the Hatun Ukucha region.
- Army of Chaos version is provided in the mission Rogue Agent (Danger Rising DLC).
- A Black Hand version spawns outside Illapa at the helipad near where Rico first fights the Black Hand in Solís. It is not known if it spawns there every time, however.
Trivia[]
- The Bloodhound Siege Heli can be considered the spiritual successor to the Walker AH-16 Hammerbolt from Just Cause and the Urga Hrom D/Urga Mstitel from Just Cause 3.
- Notably, both the Walker AH-16 Hammerbolt and Urga Hrom D are partially inspired by the Mi-24 Hind - the former in design, and the latter referencing the Hind's export models through its name.
- In the "Eye of the Storm" trailer, they were shown with even more on-board weapons. It would presumably had a nose-mounted machine gun as with most gunship helicopters, rocket pods where the machine guns are seen in the game and a door-mounted machine gun. This may be considered Cut game content from Just Cause 4.
- It has been reported that one of the patches in August 2021 may have improved its durability, but this is impossible to confirm.
