The CS Spectre Mark V is a weapon in Just Cause 3.

Appearance

The pistol is based on Heckler and Koch's Mark 23. The side reads "45 cal", indicating that it uses 45 ACP ammo.

The Rebel drop description says "The CS Spectre boasts an attractive all-steel construction and rear sights, but the first thing your enemies will notice is that it feels like a face punch."

Performance

This is one of the best all round pistols as it is a one hit kill to any Medici Military grunt from the waist up.

This weapon's fire rate is decent for a pistol with relatively high damage.

While not as accurate as the CS44 Peacebringer, the Spectre's recoil is noticeably lower at longer ranges.

They are always Dual Wielded.

Locations

• Can be found in weapon lockers.
• Can be called in from rebel drop.
• In the Mech Land Assault DLC, some naval operators of Black Hand CS Powerrun 77s could have this weapon equipped as their side arm. Mech operators could also use this if their mech is disabled.

Trivia

• "Spectre" is a ghost, or an optical illusion. Many things (fictional and real) have been named after that.
• British English spells it as "Spectre" but American English spells it as "Specter".
• It's made by the fictional company CS.
• Coincidentally, the 2015 James Bond movie "Spectre" shares the same word.
