Café Francesco is a notable building in Just Cause 3.
Description[]
The café is located in the center of Fortalessa with an outdoor eating area. There are a number of tables and several large flower pots. They also have a potted orange tree. The building itself is made of typical brown bricks, and looks relatively unassuming.
Rico Rodriguez and Tom Sheldon meet here during the mission Conflicting Interests and Tom mentions that the café makes "one mean Panelle con Pollo". When Rico arrives, Sheldon will be sitting at a table with Pierce, and he has a glass of some brown liquor.
Trivia[]
- This isn't the first local food-related establishment that Tom has met Rico at. Previously they have also held meetings at a Restaurante / Bar (mission Streets of Fire) and in the middle of a road in front of a food market at Kampung Kilang Papan (mission Three Kings).
