For only 2 games, we sure have a lot of factions listed here. Too bad it doesn't feel like such a large number in the game.
I realize that this belongs in the Just Cause 3 Wishlist, but it might be a good idea if the next game would have a large number of higher and lower level factions. That way the situation could become very chaotic and the player could never feel in control, because unexpected interfactional things would keep happening in almost all missions. That could result in a more fast paced and interesting plot if there's like 20 factions that grow unpredictably at each-others expense. GMRE (talk) 18:05, October 21, 2012 (UTC)
