Cauda is a province in Just Cause 3.
Description[]
It is the location of the rebel stronghold Grotta Contrabandero.
It is liberated from the beginning of the game.
This area consists of a bunch of steep mountains with caves in them.
The rebels are the only inhabitants of the province, There are no civilian settlements to be found anywhere in this province.

Center south of Medici. Cauda is the most south-western province of the Insula Dracon region.
