Cava Geminos Nord is a mine in Just Cause 3.
Description[]
The in-game map description states: "This Bavarium mine opened at the turn of the 20th century, when Salvatore Albano sold his hillside ranch to the Parvetalpo l'Obra Minerari. Di Ravello greatly expanded the mine, and its neighbor Cava Geminos Sud, near the turn of the 21st century."
It's a typical mine, like all other mines in Insula Striate. While there are some differences to other mines, none of them are noteworthy.

Trivia[]
- The in-game map description of this mine contradicts most other Bavarium-related into. If Bavarium would have been mined for around 100 years before Di Ravello expanded the operation, then surely its explosive uses would have been well known. According to the collectable Di Ravello audio diary tapes, Di Ravello had no idea that Bavarium could be important until The Agency had expressed interest in it and thereby tipped him off about it. This could be rationalised if the description is read as saying that the mine itself opened at the turn of the 20th century, but was not mining Bavarium at the time.
- There is a rebel wielding a Urga Vdova 89 in a Urga Szturm 63A. This weapon is not wielded commonly by Rebellion soldiers.
- The base’s name means “Northern Twin Mine” in the Medician language.
- When the enemy radio announces, "Targets position identified, sending in vehicle support", Rico replies "It'll take more than that to stop me!"
- This is the only mine in Rocca Blau where the enemies call in reinforcements during liberation.
