The Cazador 18 Shotgun is a weapon in Just Cause 4.

Description

It's a shotgun exclusively used by the Army of Chaos. This seems to be their counterpart to the CC10 Shotgun and appears to be similar in appearance to the U-96 Kladivo.

Performance

Like most Army of Chaos weapons, this shotgun is worse than its Black Hand counterpart, in this case the CC10 Shotgun. A close range hit deals enough damage to kill a grunt. However, it is inferior to its counterpart mainly due to its notably higher spread and recoil, as well as its lack of a secondary fire mode.

Locations

• It can only be obtained off dead Army of Chaos soldiers. Usually this is more common near the front line.
• Sargento uses one as his primary weapon.
• Tom Sheldon has one on a supply crate in the mission Agency Distress Beacon. He also uses one in the mission Operation Illapa.
• Mira Morales wields one in Aeropuerto Scramble, but she only uses it briefly during the mission.

Trivia

• This is the successor to the U-96 Kladivo from Just Cause 3.
• The weapon's name translates as Hunter 18 Shotgun, implying it is a hunting shotgun. The "18" part may be the size of the barrel (18 inch) or just a random number.
