Cecilia "Dracona" Crespo is a character in Just Cause 3.
Description[]
She features in the mission Mario's Rebel Drops where Mario instructs Rico to steal her '69 Stria Sussurro moped from her farm.
According to Mario Frigo she had bad breath and was also nicknamed "Dracona". According to Mario, she had described his hair as "crispy".
Her residence[]
Her house is at about N 40 41.195 E 5 44.645.
The residence consists of a small 3 story house, a separate garage with 2 vehicle doors and surrounding vine plants. It's possible that a couple of random civilians may spawn in her backyard and chat with each other.
Some clothing is drying on a wire on the front yard. The front yard has tall grass and some areas of the yard are littered with junk. There are 4 rows of vine plants in the backyard. The only destructibles at this location are a set of 3 brownish grey barrels marked for flammable content. The hoses from these are pointing at the vineyard, so they probably contain pesticides.
